TSS Digital Services, Inc., located in Olympia, Washington, was established in 1999 with the goal of providing high speed telecommunications services to the under-served areas of South Puget Sound and Grays Harbor County. Granted CLEC status in the State of Washington, TSS has an Interconnect Agreement which allows TSS to use existing telecommunications networks within the state to provide a range of telecommunication services to its clients.

The two founding principals of TSS Digital Services, Inc. have over 30 years of telecommunications experience between them. They have a long track record of performance in Internet, programming and telecommunications technologies. TSS Systems, established in 1972 under the same ownership.
